Enjoy an incredibly special home-cooked dinner for you and eleven friends, prepared by French-born Guillaume Brahimi, one of Australia’s most popular and acclaimed chefs. Guillaume trained under Michelin-starred chef Joel Robuchon in Paris before moving to Sydney in the 1990s.

Enjoy this wonderful dining experience with a bottle of Hennessy Ellipse, encased in a specially designed Baccarat crystalware each individually made, hand crafted and numbered. Seven successive Hennessey Master Blenders, each has carefully noted the most exceptional Eaux-de-vie and the Hennessy tradition of excellence have given rise to the Hennessy Ellipse, a superb cognac with subtle, balanced aromas.
