Rianna Ponting

Rianna Ponting is passionate about helping young Australians and their families, through their cancer journey.

She has dedicated more than twenty years of her life to the cause.

Her original involvement was as an ambassador to the Children’s Cancer Institute of Australia where she was able to generate significant funding to support the CCIA’s research work.

In 2008, Rianna alongside her husband Ricky formed the Ponting Foundation and have worked with many childhood cancer charities to make a significant difference to families nationwide. 

Rianna personally and the Ponting Foundation have been passionate supporters of the Children’s Cancer Foundation and she joined the Million Dollar Lunch Committee in 2018. 

Rianna has continued to expand her involvement with the CCF and is constantly inspired by its work and impact.
