Lexus Premium Raffle Terms and Conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Million Dollar Lunch, Friday, 4 August 2023, at Palladium at Crown. The Lexus of Blackburn Premium Raffle ticket price is $1,500 with 300 tickets on sale. Tickets are drawn in order of prize value commencing with the highest value item.

A ticket that has been drawn is not eligible to be drawn again. Where a prize winner chooses to donate the item to the Children’s Cancer Foundation that item will be entered into the Grand Auction or sold at another date.

Conditions apply to some prizes where indicated. Items cannot be exchanges or transferred for cash. 

Results will be published online at www.childrenscancerfoundation.com.au on Wednesday, 9 August 2023. Minor gaming permit number 10257/23. Raffle is drawn and audited by RSM Australia.

All prizes are wholly donated and the Children’s Cancer Foundation will receive all proceeds from the raffle.

R1. Lexus UX 200 Luxury

Terms and Conditions:

• The prize is to the value of AUD $25,000 RRP inc GST of Sub-Zero and/or Wolf appliances only. In the instance that the RRP is less than $25,000, the winner will forfeit the remaining amount. In the instance that the value is above $25,000 the winner is able to pay the difference.
• The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
• This prize must be redeemed by 4 August 2025.
• Allow 16 weeks from date of product order until delivery.
• The value of this prize cannot be split between multiple parties.

R3. Premium AFL Grand Final Experience for Four

Terms and Conditions:

Terms and Conditions:

The LUME Melbourne wellness package provides 12-months unlimited access for two people to all wellness events at THE LUME Melbourne and is valid until 4 August 2024.

R5. Australian Open 2024 Final Experience

Terms and Conditions:

Preferred match must be confirmed by email to [email protected] prior to Friday 13 October 2023 to guarantee dining reservations. Behind the Scenes tours must adhere to COVID and Tournament protocols. Should significant access restrictions be in place due to COVID or other reasons, every effort will be made to accommodate an alternative experience of equal or greater value.

Grand Auction Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

The Auctioneer is in charge of all bidding and has the final authority in the event of a dispute. All items are considered purchased, at the risk and expense of the purchaser, at the fall of the hammer.

As auction items are donated by third parties, the Children’s Cancer Foundation will not be liable under any circumstances and gives no warranty on any auction item offered (where applicable manufacturer’s warranty will apply).

All sales are final and there will be no exchange or refund on any item. No item can be redeemed for cash. Payment by the successful bidder is to be made immediately following the auction.

A minimum deposit of 50% of the successful bid is required immediately following the auction on all items. A successful bidder accepts that any balance outstanding on their auction item will be charged to their credit card on Friday, 1 September 2023, unless final settlement is made prior to this date, excluding the New Media Package, where a duly authorised officer of the successful company purchasing the package is required to authorise specific payment terms.

All major credit cards are accepted and EFTPOS facilities are available. Unless otherwise specified, all auction items and services must be redeemed within 12 months of the auction date. All auction items are subject to terms and conditions: please see your host for details.

Bidding for an auction item is acknowledgement that you accept the terms and conditions associated with the auction item.

The New Media package is non-commissionable; where media redemption certificates are for national bookings these cannot be converted into state bookings, unless specified in the media outlet’s terms and conditions.

Redemption certificates will be issued once the successful bidder has authorised the payment terms and paid the deposit.
