Jason and his team of incredible chefs will deliver an experience like no other, expect decadence in the form of caviar & crayfish all to be enjoyed alongside expansive views across Port Phillip Bay.
No private dining affair is complete without an equally exclusive wine offer, not only will Pol Roger Champagne be poured from large format bottles, but you and your guests will also be treated to an exclusive Pol Roger vintage Champagne masterclass and tasting to start. Head Sommelier Wil Martin will delve into Stokehouse’s extensive wine cellar as he selects special pours, adding a touch of celebration to every sip.
